2013 Random Thoughts
Happy New Year!
I expect new challenges to come my way and it started
quite too early. Diarrhea struck my son again. This could potentially damage my
availability at work. I need to be on my toes all the time so that I could do
everything that I need to do. I wanna give up on looking for nannies because I
think I’m getting used of having none anyway. Finding one can cause more
Whenever I have plenty of time, I would sink myself into
deep thinking “Where do I stand right now?” For all I know, I used to have “big”

I was horrified when a customer rang to follow up on disputes of over 30 transactions! It spiked my call time to 2hours! Statistics-wise, it has killed my handle time that day. But for professional and humanitarian causes, I had to help. Problem is I have limited resources and escalations officers are all not available. This gave me a head ache.
This is just one of the bad calls that day. Earlier calls are equally unpleasant. I had to survive the rest...
