The world is quiet, as it always is. Chris is at work, and I've got the TV on. I'm not really watching. It's hard to concentrate, even on that. I try to distract myself from the boredom by making raspberry-banana muffins. My mother had muffins and orange juice every morning when I lived at home. I now understand why she made this a habit. They are delicious. It's weird to be alone in the apartment. The stillness is weirding me out. I dig through the albums. There are a lot of albums to dig through. I'm almost too tired to continue. In the last year and a half, I made the choice to become vegan. It was an easy life decision, and I'm proud to say it's had a wonderful impact on my overall health.
