i saw sparks
The world is quiet, as it always is. Chris is at work, and I've got the TV on. I'm not really watching. It's hard to concentrate, even on that. I try to distract myself from the boredom by making raspberry-banana muffins. My mother had muffins and orange juice every morning when I lived at home. I now understand why she made this a habit. They are delicious. It's weird to be alone in the apartment. The stillness is weirding me out. I dig through the albums. There are a lot of albums to dig through. I'm almost too tired to continue. Then I happen upon Coldplay. Success. I meditate daily....

In the last year and a half, I made the choice to become vegan. It was an easy life decision, and I'm proud to say it's had a wonderful impact on my overall health.
