Day 2 &3 recap
Day two was a mess. I barely ate anything at all and what I did eat, I shouldn't of eaten. Went to McDonald's for breakfast, then I didn't eat anything after that till 8 pm at which time I ate some BBQ. Yesterday, (day 3) I went to my family reunion preparation meeting where I ate 1 wheat pancake, 1 egg w/ bell pepper and onions in it, and 3 tablespoons of rice. Then I went to the theater where I ate a Turkey sandwich and a cup of fresh fruit w/ a 20 oz of Grape soda. For dinner I ate spaghetti when mixed vegetables and juice. I've been really good about not drinking juice or soda...
Busy, busy, busy. Who
has time to eat when youíre so busy? Now
that Iím serious about my life change I see my faults so clearly. I have the time I just donít use it for what
is best for me. I was up at 6:00am this
morning. Did I eat? No. I went about my normal routine of taking my
daughter to school but this time when I came home I worked out. Thatís right everyone. I worked outÖ for a whole 15 minutes! LOL! I told myself Iíd have to take it slow and
easy into this transmission but 15 minutes? Really? I just new I would be up there at least 20-30
but no. I broke a good...
